Fieldmont Apartments is a great place to call "Home". It is quiet, and a party free and drug free community. In the 4 years I have lived here, I have never seen the cops called nor have there ever been any parties. It is an income based apartment complex so the rent is affordable. The grounds are well maintained, with a play area for kids. There are 2 dumpsters on site that are emptied weekly. On site laundry facilities are also offered. They do a 90 day inspection which includes bug spraying... and furnace filter change. Maintenance is always quick to fix repairs. The residents are families with children, middle aged all the way to many senior citizens. It is a close knit community and one I am proud to be a tenant of!
