***This property has a pool. A brand new liner and salt chlorine system have been ordered and will be installed in 4-6 weeks. However, until that time a pool cover will be installed. The occupants will simply maintain the pool using specific instructions to keep chemicals in proper balance. Regular household chemicals purchased at Wal-mart (Baking Soda, Water Softener Salt, Borax, and liquid bleach) are the only requirements other than scheduled water testing. Other tenant under this same management company at another locatino with a similar pool stayed 2 years and spent no more than $200 TOTAL the entire time they resided in the home to maintain the pool, that's less than $8.50 per month to have your own pool in a fenced back yard. No expensive "pool store" chemicals are required. Please do not apply for this home unless you are willing to accept the risk, cost and responsibility of using and properly maintaining a pool. Pool liabiliity waiver and responsibility addendum will be required in addition to the standard rental agreement.
