Customer service
I’ve tried contacting Decko Apartments multiple times and have been sent straight to voicemail every single time. I even left a voicemail and never received a call back. What makes it worse is that when my girlfriend calls, they pick up immediately — which tells me they choose who they feel like speaking to.
The customer service is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. The property may look nice, but the experience with the staff has been disappointing. It comes across like the people... working there think they’re above everyone else, and it shows in how they treat potential residents.
Definitely not the type of service you’d expect when considering a new home.
