Windsor Parkview

I am a current resident at this apartment complex, and my car was stolen from the parking deck. One of the selling qualities of this apartment complex is a gated parking deck. However, the gate to the parking deck has been broken for approximately 1 month, and the apartment has had no extra security measures put in place. My Infiniti q60, along with another resident's Infiniti q60, were stolen on March 17, 2024 at approximately 3:07 am. While the gate has been broken, there have been no onsite... security officers or cameras. The investigating officer was the one who pointed out that there were no cameras throughout the deck to help with the investigation. The only way we know what time the car was stolen was because my license plate was pictured on a near by traffic cam. Upon speaking with the complex, they only have one camera at the entrance of the deck but they still were unable to help in anyway with footage or helpful tips. When speaking to the management office about the incident, the responding leasing officers gave off the impression, "That sucks it happened, but it's not our problem." It's not the apartment's fault that my vehicle was stolen, but the lack of security measures on their end definitely plays a huge role. Along with the gate being broken, the door on the second floor that leads to the apartment complex has been broken and left wide open for about two weeks as well. You won’t regret living in this area. Is the perfect mix of suburban inside the perimeter and the sense of freedom and safety is priceless!

Victor the Maintenance Manager was PHENOMENAL! Always professional, prompt and kind! I hate he's leaving Windsor in Chamblee for the other property. He will be missed! Victor deserves a raise!

The staff, especially maintenance, has been extremely helpful and responsive. I feel very safe in this location and do not have to worry about the usual concerns like packages getting stolen or my car getting broken into. Anytime anything breaks or I have a problem they will fix it even if it is 12am on a holiday. Love living here.

The Leasing staff is excellent, Kelly and Frankie are the best.
The maintenance crew are very professional.
