An excellent choice to choose

The Clara on Brockett rd. Is a wise choice for anyone who is looking for an atmosphere of professionalism and warmth.

The office staff is always inviting and friendly and handles concerns regarding repairs with concern and follow thru.

The property is kept in good condition and safety for the tenants is a priority with security on site and updates with issues that may affect it
The homes are comfortable and clean and in great condition because of the complex being renovated.

The managing... staff....Ms. Flemming and her manager are professional and respectful and kind.

The specials are amazing!........and the complex is close to public transportation and main shopping areas and restaurants and affordable!.

My experience here has been very positive.

Apt search

Deaundra Really opened my mind to a new possibility I’m from the south side so when I reached out to her about the property she ain’t waste no time making me feel at home setting a time for me to come and showing me the apt and property and I must admit I was skeptical having g always stayed on south side. But she sold me on them showed me a spacious apt and complex to fit my needs and I’m in awe I’ve made my decision in it was easy with her help n knowledge about the area so thanks again... Not leasing until November

Even though it says that they have updated their website just 2 weeks ago, the apartments are actually under construction and none of the listed available units are accurate. Complete waste of my time this morning.

Finally hopeful!!!

The new management company, TWG Development, is exceptional! They are real and treat you as such while still maintaining a professional attitude. I highly recommend contacting Aushiana, the new property manager, if you are interested in moving here. They have amazing plans for this place!
