I live in overlook and I would never recommend anybody moving over here the worst on everything from a simple leak to speaking with anybody about a door.

Scam!
DO NOT waste your time applying to this property. The owner or manager, whichever he goes by, is taking people’s application fee money and denying them just because. There has recently been a denial of 15 people in a week! Theydon’t communicate with you the reason for the denial, and they have you waiting for an answer for much longer than it should take.
