A Great Place to Live

I love these apartments due to it's quite, comfortable and adorable. They was there for me when my daughter passed away Mrs. France's was understanding about my situation and helped me out so much. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place to stay. It's convenient to the store, school, and eatery.

DIRTY WATER

underground pipes were replaced November 1st and it is now November 8th and the water all around my apartment is coming out a dark grey color! Maintenance came out told me let it run for 30-1hour and it should be fine but it continued to come out the same dark color. The area manager told me they have no control over it at this point and can’t do nothing for me and told me to give it time to clear up when I’ve already gave them a entire week! If I were you I wouldn’t bother passing by!

roaches at riverdale

German Roach infestation .Black mold . I had small children living in the unit with me and they showed no regard for our life in anyway . Leaking and
Collapsing roof . Pictures are absolutely misleading. The apartments looks slapped together . Gunshots are a constant thing . I moved in to a broken window and an army of roaches . RUNN. DONT WALK AWAY FROM HERE .
