This tiny house is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, featuring a surprisingly spacious shower in the bathroom and a kitchen with all the essentials, including cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. Enjoy a restful night on the comfortable memory foam full-size bed or relax on the modern futon chairs. Quality linens and fluffy towels are provided for your convenience. Note that the home is heated with space heaters rather than central heating.
A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. The home is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee required. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Situated in a very safe and historic neighborhood, this tiny home is located behind the Goldfinch Mansion on 18th Street, which can be easily found on any GPS. The main house and tiny home can be booked together for larger groups, offering two separate living spaces.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. The home is monitored with exterior cameras and noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
