This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. It is very safe, and the neighbors are all very friendly. The property is easily found on any GPS and easily located by Uber or Lyft. It is just 10 minutes to Fort Moore and downtown Columbus, making it an ideal choice for your stay.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
