The dining room, a harmonious extension of the living room, sets the scene for memorable meals. The fully equipped kitchenette, with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, is ideal for home-cooked meals. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests of other units. The laundry space is shared between all units. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This cottage is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber.
The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and support is just a phone call away if needed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are prohibited, and other events require prior approval.
