You'll have plenty of space to get a good night's sleep on one of the beds in the five bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the remaining three bedrooms have king beds. All bedrooms have closets for personal belongings. There are three full shared bathrooms in this home. Guests will navigate a flight of stairs to enter the back unit and will use a digital keypad to enter. Inside, you'll find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a full bathroom connecting the living spaces to one bedroom. A pack 'n play travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, the property is 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus. The driveway can fit three cars. Situated in a residential area, driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are readily available.
The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home, while outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests in the back unit. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If violated, the reservation may be canceled, requiring immediate departure without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, with a $500 damage charge for violations.
