A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, just 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus. The driveway can fit three cars. While driving is recommended, Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras or noise monitoring technology.
