Main access to the home is through the front porch, which opens into the living room. The cozy large living area features a Roku TV, a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, and additional seating. Off the living room is access to the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining table with room for 6. The hallway on the right of the living room leads to the full bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two full beds and a desk. In the backyard, you will find a BBQ grill available for outdoor use. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Situated in the serene residential neighborhood of Historic Midtown Columbus, this home is conveniently located just 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus with easy access to major highways and interstates. Within a short distance, you'll find Lake Bottom Park, The Bradley Center Hospital, and Columbus High School. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
