This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home is a perfect place to get away. The bedrooms are accented by gorgeous heart-pine floors and illuminated by large windows. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two has two full beds and a trundle bed (twin with twin pullout underneath). Enjoy a movie or sporting event in the living room. The couches center around a unique fireplace that no longer works, but it adds to the historic character of this great home! Cook up any meal in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy outside on the rocking chairs and porch swing! During your stay, you will have full access to the front unit; the back unit is rented separately. Inquire if you are interested in renting both together.
A pack 'n play travel crib is available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
