Midtown Tower is a great place to call home. Our 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments are in a seven floor mid-rise building with key entry and elevator access. Our 2 and 3 bedrooms have 2 full bathrooms, granite countertops, stainless steal and black... appliances, microwave, dishwasher, wood plank flooring and carpet in the bedrooms, large windows to allow the natural sunlight in.
If your looking for convenience we are the place! We are in the center of Midtown, which is 1.7 miles from 185 North and South. 2.4 miles from downtown, where there are local shops and eateries. Columbus State University , Ft.Moore , Piedmont Hospital , Columbus Museum are minutes away.
And because we are a pet friendly community, for our 25 pounds and less furry friends, Lake Bottom Park is in walking distance to take him or her to.

Huge Apartments
I just moved here and it is so nice. I only have 3 other people on my floor. Getting off the elevator feels like a hotel. I love not having to pay utilities.

Property is good
These apartments are in a great area. They are a bit older but may bring some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and respond to your issues. My apartment is very spacious, modern, and affordable. As far as noise from time to time you may hear loud music or a TV.

Large apartments, very well managed
Large apartments with huge balcony. Friendly, responsive manager that is constantly improving the building. Security cameras in common areas. Cleaned daily. This apartment is a bargain. It is roomy and peaceful.
