The apartments are okay, it's everything else that's the problem. Nobody obeys the parking rules and just they just park everywhere. It's suppose to be a smoke-free community but people smoke all the time, on the porches, corners of the parking lots, etc. No one picks up after their pets and there is literally feces all over. There is continuous loitering in the parking lot all hours of the day/night. The rental company does absolutely nothing about the complaints besides send out useless... letters. I've lived here for 3 years and the 1st year was great but it has steadily gone down every year. They've let undesirable residents move-in that don't have any respect. Read More
