Spring Cove

People are constantly moving in and moving out. There are constant vacancies for a reason. The ONLY good thing about this apartment complex is that the rent is inexpensive. The apartments are older and they are not kept up inside. In my apartment the air conditioner constantly leaks water, the ceiling leaks water from the upstairs neighbor's bathroom, and the carpet is old. I had a HORRIBLE pest problem. I had to call the office constantly for them to even come and spray. When I talked to my… neighbors about the issue, they said they were experiencing the SAME pest (roaches, ants, and spiders) problems and the staff did nothing about them. There is NO cell phone reception,so prepare to pay ANOTHER bill and get a landline phone. Don't even think about getting the security deposit back upon moving out because you will be blamed for everything that is old and worn out in the apartment (even though everything was old and worn out upon moving in). The grounds lack luster, no flowers at all. There is a workout room but only has a treadmill and stationary bicycle. The exterior of the buildings have fungus growing on them and only the side walks and patios were pressure washed. Maintenance issues are many times started but not finished until additional calls are made to remind of the situation. You never see the office staff outside of the office. They do not walk the grounds and most of the time do not show the apartments. We moved in… a year ago and had sold out home so we needed somewhere quick.
