The Links of Maple Ridge

I live here currently. They do not operate as an apartment complex. Trash pours into the street. There’s trash behind the dumpster that they refuse to throw away. This causes bugs, which by the way, we do not have pest control for. There’s a gnat/drain flies infestation as of right now. If you ask for pest control, they tell you that we have to cover the bill. There’s a mold issue. One of the maintenance men a year ago said, “oh, it’s just hard water.” Speaking of Maintence, we don’t know if we... have Maintence. Work orders go unnoticed. Have a family member that lives here and it’s nasty. The pool is never open, maintenance doesn’t exist, the gate has been broken for over 3 years now. The dumpster is never emptied and trash overflows in to the parking lot. No lawn care and no exterminator. Now they have an infestation of drain flies. Do not rent here. It’s a ripoff.

I’ve lived her for 3 or 4 years now. It was nice, quiet and clean. They’ve changed management several times, each time going down hill. The gate doesn’t work anymore, the trash piles up for weeks before pick up, the pool bathroom is disgustingly dirty & I’ve put in a work order to fix my shower for over a year and it still hasn’t been fix. I’m moving next month.

Nice place. Tucked in the back of a cul-de-sac, gated, and clean. The neighbors can be loud, but that's true of any place. Maintenance guy responds to calls quickly and the complex has a fitness center, pool, and gorgeous views of a golf course. Lower rent than our friends with the same amenities! You'd be a fool not to check this place out.
