New Tenant/Dozier

I recently moved into a townhome and Mrs. Lakita was awesome she helped me with everything I needed and got me into my unit quickly any issues that I’ve had she has addressed them promptly.

Been here for years & it’s progressing

I’ve lived here since 2018 & I like the area & find it to be safe. All of the repairs I’ve requested have been made in a timely manner. I appreciate that Mrs. Lakita from the leasing office communicates what is going on & her professionalism.

It’s affordable

I have been here for 5 years and I don’t have many complaints. We don’t have roaches bc we keep our apartment clean. And its really quiet everyone stays to themselves. The rent is affordable too so win win.
