Bad Maintenance And Bad Management Apartment Will still make you pay rent regardless of them not fixing issues inside of your apartment

This apartments need a major upgrade. Everything is old and outdated

The absolute worst

This is by far the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. The air conditioner and the water heater leaks constantly. The vents in the bathroom doesn’t work so black mold is all throughout the bathroom. Black mold is on the ceiling and in the closets. Just for someone to come and clean it up but not fix the issue that’s causing the mold. The carpet has been soaked from leak’s multiple times and still not changed leaving a sour smell. The maintenance guys really do try to help but they are working... with old and raggedy equipment. The stove will turn off if you are cooking for too long because they are hand me downs from an assisted living facility. I was told that directly by one of the maintenance workers. The trash completely overflows daily to where it looks like a landfill. I cannot wait until my lease is up. Run from this place!!!!!

Bad Business

I was very disappointed with how this organization does business. I applied for an apartment and paid my deposit. They did not get back to me in a timely fashion, so I had to withdraw my application. Because I didn't move in, I was due back my $100 deposit. I NEVER received it after months of contacting them and trying to retrieve it! Complete rip off!

IF YOU LIKE BEING TOLD ON I SUGGEST YOU MOVING HERE

We had a maintenance report because the bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush. Instead of doing the maintenance work they was rambling through my apartment looking to see who all stay there. Besides you hear your neighbors walk all day & night if someone is above you, people running up & down the stairs, the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy staying here.
