unpleasant stay..
The leasing staff is not resident friendly and rude, I had a torrid time during my stay. They don't respond to emails promptly, which leaves you with no option but to meet in person. If an issue occurs they conveniently lie, which leaves us in no man's land as there is nothing in writing..As far as property is concerned it is in a good location, but their pricing for the minimal amenities (there is no tennis court or basketball court or children play area) and additional costs are over the top.... They always encourage new residents to opt for for $150 non-refundable fee. which is a rip off.
