Used to be a really great complex but went to crap

I have been here since before COVID, this used to be a very vibrant community, events nearly every weekend, cornhole tournaments, everything, but ever since about 2023, we've had countless marijuana smokers next to us, our neighbors to our right up and to the left have been nothing but insanely loud and it makes it incredibly hard to sleep at night, we've had AC break on us in 90* heat, but props to the maintenance team, they are absolutely on it but some of these issues are just plain… in-excusable.

Run run run!

You get what you pay for. The office could not manage a dumpster fire. The grounds once you pass the gate are horrible. Noise complaints are ignored. Filthy hallways and junk fees! Aggressive dogs and no enforcement of picking up waste. No cameras. Gates broken more than they work. But the office mismanagement is the biggest complaint.

Amazing place to live!

My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and the staff is phenomenal! They’re always so friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are satisfied. Jack assisted with a maintenance request and resolved the issue within just a few hours of submitting a request. We love living here! Thanks for always going above and beyond for us!

A little mold twice is ok

88% humidity in your unit is ok, willing to move you to a higher price unit, and you are expected to live in the mold while they try to solve it. Management is a horror show.

A first rate community with great amenities, well maintained, well located and a welcoming staff.
No complaints other than an observation regarding access onto 19 at high traffic times....an acceleration lane would have been great!
