Great Team!!!

Brendon S. has been a great help. We started a pest control contract with this facility. Reason for review is I like how the team here at the Cottages cares about their tenants and their well-being. The issues that are at provided by the tenets, are taking into consideration very quickly and proactively. Also the community in general just feels nice so if you’re looking for a pest free place to call home with a great team in the background; Well the Cottages would make a five-star place to live... and reside 100%.

New, Quiet, Value, Engaging - Great Neighborhood.

The Cottages are new, and away from major roads. It is not too far that you can still pop out and shop or get dinner within minutes. The Cottages feel like a detached home as they are designed to have as few shared walls as possible with the other units. That makes them quiet. Where else can you get an attached garage, with 3 bedrooms for this low price and still be within 45 min of ATL? I couldn't find it. The experience with Destiny and Anthony is very engaging. Both are wonderful folks... and they desire to make the community engaging and fun for all (including our 2 dogs). The construction continues as the units lease as fast as they are completed. Better hurry!

AMAZING PLACE, TEAM, and LOCATION

Stellar is not near enough to describe the people working here. Amazing better suits them both. I am a real estate agent and have been in the property management business for years. Anthony spoke with my client over the phone and did such an amazing job describing his community, we went here first. The manager, Destiny came out of her office and introduced herself to the entire group while we were going over floorplans with Anthony. She offered her card and told us she was available to us... anytime. She sang Anthony's praises and told us all we were in good hands. She then took her clients to view and Anthony took us. The whole experience was amazing. He was kind, genuine, knowledgeable of the area, and a true gem to my clients. The places were clean and had all of the bells and whistles. Hats off to a wonderful team. This is a great place to live and call home.
