Low Expectations Low Disappointment
Not that this will make a difference... because if you live here you likely can't afford anything else in the area.
for the following reasons:
*JUNE 15 (Father's Day) no propane.. not even an empty one... Almost ruined my bbq. Had my son go and look before I got home (because of low expectations that it would be trouble free.) THEN due to that excellent intuition I had to buy my own tank just to use an amenity everyone here SHOULD be able to CONFIDENTLY expect to be in a useable state....
*JUNE 24 tried taking my kids to the pool. Pool was locked "for cleaning" no notification given.
* JUNE 25 received an email saying "thanks for our patience on the "deep cleaning" (it's a real hard air quote on the "deepness" of the cleaning) BECAUSE the skimmer baskets were jammed up with bugs and debris. (Wish I took the picture)
**I suppose though. That based on the convo I had today, JULY 9 , with the guy who proudly informed me "that HE is the only one who "knows" what to do with the chemicals.. ? maybe.. seems sus though.
*JULY 6th received an email that the pool will be closed July 7-9.. {not too surprising based on the cloudiness of the water and fullness of the skimmer baskets. IMMEDIATELY after the "deep cleaning" mentioned above. But okay. Just after the fourth. Makes some amount of sense.
Now that you're all caught up and at the present, TODAY, Thursday July 10.. I am currently sitting on the curb NOT AT THE POOL. So my kids can have some water time and try to calm down after NOT being able to use something we were supposed to be able to use.
*JULY 10 almost 15 hours after the pool was supposed to open it's not. I am managing the emotions of two five-year-olds who have been excited expecting to swim. NO EMAIL saying anything changed.
So thank you. thank you for ruining my daughter's day.
