Communication is available between 8 AM - 10 PM. If checking in after 7 PM, please notify us on the day of arrival for key code preparation. Guests must be at least 21 years old. Pets are welcome but must stay off furniture and bedding; a violation may result in charges for replacement or professional cleaning. A strict non-smoking policy is enforced both inside and outside the home, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation in case of violation. Trash can lids must be kept closed, and excess trash may incur an extra charge of $75 for removal. Guests are reminded that the homeowner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings. Damages to towels, linens, or furniture may result in charges for repairs or replacements. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet; plumbing issues from prohibited items may incur repair charges. Guests are asked to leave the house clean and tidy, including placing trash in cans, removing perishables, loading the dishwasher, and putting used towels in linen baskets or the laundry room. Treating the property with care and respect is appreciated. Glass containers are strictly prohibited near the pool area, with a fine of $250 for violations. A copy of a photo ID is required prior to check-in. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate. Disruptions to neighbors or illegal activities may result in police contact. The pool is closed during winter months (October to April), message for availability. Pool cleaning occurs weekly.
