Don’t waste your time!
This property is managed by Gateway Management Company. They manage properties in several states. Read the reviews for this company before applying. The reviews are from the tenants and employees. The Agape Senior complex was scheduled to open last October. There may be serious problems with these apartments because they have yet to open as of this date. 4/28/2025. Rumors are they have failed building inspections and have yet to receive any occupancy permits. SENIORS BE AWARE!!

While we acknowledge that delays in opening Agape Senior Complex have occurred,... we want to clarify that all relevant authorities have confirmed the building not only meets, but exceeds all safety and occupancy standards before welcoming residents. We are proud to say that we have in fact received our CO as of last week and are excited to get our seniors moved into our Brand New community!
