Horrible Experience - STAY AWAY
We rented a 3 bedroom here for just 1 year. This was one of the worst apartments I have rented. Here are the lowlights:
-The building is not safe. There were numerous occasions of cars being broken into and instances of cars stolen. This was not a one time occurrence and happened frequently.
-The building has a no smoking policy, but management does not bother to enforce it. So the hallways will consistently smell of cigarette smoke or weed, and sometimes the smell would permeate into our... unit.
-We had multiple occasions where our water would come out as a rusty color.
-The building never bothered to consistently change the air filter so it was completely black the one time they did change it.
-The package room system is a mess and packages would be stolen very often.
-The elevator would routinely not work.
-They would not bother to turn on the heat sometimes in the fitness center in the winter so it would be below 60 degrees sometimes in there.
-The sky terrace clubhouse is supposed to be reserved for residents and a guest (or 2 at the most), but there would consistently be large gatherings and parties of non-residents.
All of the above issues were very often ignored by the management team when raised to them. The office team is extremely rude, condescending, and indifferent to the problems with the building.
Avoid this property!
