Hit or Miss with Staff
The staff is very nice, when you have their full attention but when they don’t give you their full attention is a huge miss and you’re left hanging in the balance as to whether your request or concern will get addressed or not. There are times when there is no one in the office.. The property itself is nice, apartment are spacious and location to grocery, shops is great. Overall good, staff just needs to ensure tenants issues, concerns are being completely addressed and that tenants are updated... on the status of their requests, issues or concerns.
