My lease is up at the end of the month and I hesitated to apply based on the reviews (long application process, lack of communication). I can assure you that things may have improved because my experience has been positive and I was approved fairly quickly. As long as you have all your required documentation (and respond to follow-ups), you can get through the compliance process in no time. From start to finish which included applying, touring and follow-ups, it took about a week for an approval... . The complex is clean, beautifully designed and my unit is gorgeous! The only downside is that the application process isn’t digitized so you have to apply in person. I will never apply an application for this complex with them or recommend this complex to others who's looking for a place to live. They've had never call or email to let me know if my application has been approved or declined after I applied with them and I waited for 2 months! I have to call them 100 times for an updates and they've always say the same things over and over again. They aren't doing their jobs. They sucks. They need to do BETTER.

I was happy to move to this property since it is newly constructed. Living here was peaceful until you get someone who moves into a neighboring unit. This place has no soundproofing. Conversations are easily heard, walking, doors being closed/slammed, toilet flushing, etc. It’s as if the walls, ceilings and floors are built of cardboard. The property looks good but is not built for peace and quiet within your own unit. I’m looking forward to moving.
