worse place ever

since have being living here..bathroom roof leaking..i had to put fan to keep drying the floor..the back of the house never cut.lizards, cats be loittering everywhere. gate not working.i cannot wait to leave

Finally something Different

I have been living here for 3 years and I have had many many companies and different Technicians come and go. The last week or so I actually see work being doing around the grounds. A new Tech by the name of Rj spent 2 hours in my unit. He got my sink unclogged after 3 weeks of waiting and me a new and better fridge after being without one for 3 months, The PM Bobbie has been professional and does not run when Residents come in. Thank you all!!!!

WORST MISTAKE

I honestly wish I can give them no star at all what , a nightmare I don’t know where to begin the apartments are unkept maintenance doesn’t want to work and break things instead of fixing ROACH infestation .dirty hall ways gate always broken absolutely the worst place you can move ESPECIALLY if you have kids . You can never get in contact with anyone in the from office they do not communicate any changes with you at all they just go ahead and do it the tubs are painted with water paint that… comes off and shows you what’s under it filthy maintenance work just save your money and go somewhere else !! I am currently trying to get out of this dump

DO NOT MOVE HERE !

Do not move here ! At first i thought these where some great apartments but it’s not ! I didn’t get to see my unit before i moved in they changed my unit a day before move in very unprofessional! I have been in my apartment since September 11,2020 it’s September 28,2020 and maintenance still have came and fixed my stuff. The toilet was leaking , my sink was going down slow, my walls was dirty. Please save yourself time and don’t move here !

My Time In Hidden Villas..

The apartment was nice, but, too far in the back & it took almost two months for my renovated items to be put in my apartment which should've been there in the first place. They would take their precious time fixing things & couldn't keep a maintenance staff.. Then, they told me the wrong prorated amount & I had to pay extra money. I would recommend not living in the back & close to the front. Also, STAY on top of your WORK ORDERS, & be sure to look at the apartment before moving in!! Ms.Olga… didn't show me the apartment until the day of ! Which is why I had numerous issues after I moved in...
