I like the apartment. Any issues I have, they fix it the next day. I love the quietness of the complex.

Serene Quality Apartments

This community has all the bang for your buck. The amenities are wonderful. All units are newly remodeled and updated. I would highly recommend this community. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Peaceful and safe environment

I rated this with 5 star as my application goes smoothly ad got approved after a few days. All staff are so friendly and accomodating especially to Karen,who helped me all the way until i got approved.

Highly recommended

I like the apartment because:
1. I feel safe and secured. It is a gated area and they are really closing the gate
2. Quiet place and close to nature. It feels like I am in the park
3. Great costumer service, very friendly staff and attends to your concern promptly
4. Walking distance to Martha/ train station
5. Near the shopping area, hospital, pharmacy
6. Appliances are all working great. Not old.

**Area for improvement is the steep staircase, I suggests to place a ramp so it is easy to push… the strollers/bags with wheels rather than carrying them up and down**

Take your money elsewhere

This complex came under new management a few months ago and it has been steadily going downhill ever since. The first thing the new owners did was hike the rent nearly 20% while adding no value to the living experience. The security gate has been in poor repair and the number of police officers onsite went from 4 to just 1. The dog poop bags are frequently out of stock and there is dog poop all over the place as a result. They are charging premium prices for cheaply renovated apartments with… poor management, so I highly suggest you take your money elsewhere where you can get a much better value.
