Argento at the Bridges Apartments

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience living in my second-floor apartment due to constant excessive noise from the unit above me. The noise occurs throughout the day and night—loud footsteps, banging, and what sounds like furniture being moved at all hours—making it very difficult to relax or get proper rest.

What’s most disappointing is that I’ve reported this issue to the management office four separate times, and nothing has been done to resolve it. There has been no meaningful... follow-up, enforcement, or effort to address the situation.

A peaceful living environment should be a basic expectation, and it’s discouraging to feel ignored after multiple attempts to seek help. If I knew of the problems this place face, I would have rented elsewhere. Rent here at your own risk. Read More

Argento has everything I will need to call home for my family.

This property seems to be well kept and is convenient to a blooming area. I know residents in the apartments and probably visit once a week. There is a big issue with handicap parking. It seems residents believe they are entitled to park in the handicap parking spaces with no handicap placard or tag. I am writing this review because the issue has been brought to the attention of the front office many times. After many contacts nothing changes. RATS; FAULTY & DANGEROUS CRAFTSMANSHIP; MISMANAGEMENT; UNVERIFIED CHARGES.... amongst MANY other horrible living conditions! THIS PLACE I S GHETTO!!! RUN as fast as you can to any other apartment complex!!! We had to move out after 6 months due to all of the hazardous conditions. An entire BALCONY fell off the building. The trash compactor dosent work so they put an open air dumpster in the residential parking lot that is overflowing and oozes horrible smelling goo and toxic chemicals. All... the "amenities" are always broken or unavailable. The "work space" doesn't even provide wi-fi. Management will never fix or repair and blame "corporate". We found GLASS in the pool on several occasions. POLICE constantly called for fights. There is rampant DRUG USE all over the community you can smell marijuana smoke constantly. Residence cut hair, , yes set up a whole barbershop in the pool lounge area. The amount of your rent will change monthly & they will not provide verification for charges. Argento will add exorbitant fees and collections without proper verification or notification. They have an extremely high turn over rate so you will never deal with the same people so there is an absolute absence of any accountability! We are currently filling a civil suit against Argento as well as lodging complaints with BBB. I could go on, but if you have read this far then the choice to live here should be clear! Read More
