Excellent place to live. The neighborhood is comfortable and pleasant, with grocery stores only 10–15 minutes away, even with traffic. The location is exceptional, especially for nearby schools and my wife’s workplace. The building feels new, is very clean, and the amenities are excellent.

Modera Decatur

Daja was an amazing leasing agent at Modera Decatur. She gave a has a very detailed tour. She followed up instantly with all the quotes for different apartments we tour.
