Worst worst worst Community I had ever been. Don’t lease here
This apartment is very worst and bad in maintenance I had leased apartment with them from then my headache was started they don’t respond for anything AC not working Heater Not working stoves are always trouble everywhere bugs… Trust me they didn’t even given the fan and lights in master bedroom when I go and ask them they said I need to buy and I need to install. I bought and I called the maintenance person to install them he took money to install them. When you have any maintenance issues you... need to pay the maintenance guys otherwise they won’t come. Managers are very rude and they disrespect you. Worst community worst management. I recommend everyone don’t lease here.

I’ve been living in this apartment for [7months] now, and I must say, the location is one of its best features. The neighborhood is fantastic t's safe, friendly, and has a vibrant community feel. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the local culture. Whether you're looking for a quick coffee run or a nice place to unwind in the evenings, everything is just a stone's throw away.
The amenities provided are also top-notch. The building includes [list... amenities such as a gym, pool, laundry facilities, etc.], which have greatly enhanced my living experience.
Overall, the combination of a fantastic location in a good neighborhood, excellent amenities, and responsive maintenance makes this apartment a great place to live. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home.

I have really loved living here and will miss a lot of things about the Summit. It is quiet, yet conveniently located. The sports ball court is quite entertaining, wholesome fun for kids of all ages. Beautiful pool and spacious living space. I especially loved having a beautiful pine tree with year-round pine cones right outside my window. And, compared to others in the area, the price was spot-on!
