Love living here. Management is great and the community are all top notch individuals. Toya is always so understanding. Rent is affordable and the apartments are well maintained. After two years I can say I’m very pleased.

This apartment complex is not what it seems. The apartments are poorly managed and "renovated" is laughable. Pests are poorly controlled and there are roaches everywhere. Gunshots daily and can be seen out in the open! Mold in the apartments due to poor maintenance of buildings. Terrible response to requests if any at all. Paying for amenities that do not exist. Hasn't had a working pool in 6 years and no fitness facility either. Wish I had not signed a long lease lease here!

I absolutely enjoyed my visit to The Sapphire Apartments. Toya was an awesome tour guide! She was very kind & knowledgeable of all the ins/outs of this community. I was able to view amenities & floor plans within my preferences & budget. I cant wait to lease an apt at this location!!! Thanks again!

lived here three years . A/C leaked in my bedroom. Ceilings fell out twice. Mold everywhere. Roaches everywhere. Rats running rampant. Do not do it
