Very Large and Great Leasing Help

I moved in September 2020. Melissa was so great to work with. My townhome is very large. I looked at a lot of places and this place is quiet and clean

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I live here currently. I've lived here since Crystal was the manager. Changes were made and now Brighton Manor is under new management. The new manager, Jacquelyn, is a terrible leasing lady. She is money hungry and rude. She doesn't care about fixing anything and is hellbent on trying to get you evicted based on her personal emotions. She has stated to numerous people that she would like to see me and my kids put out and that she was trying her best to make it happen. Why? Because I call her... out on her stuff. She wants her rent and extra fees faithfully but doesn't want to pay to fix any of the issues in my home. Why is that? She hounds me for multiple fees that she deem necessary. She is very nosy and in your business. She can tell me every person I had in my home and how long they stayed but can't tell me when my things will be fixed. She and her creepy husband are a terrible team. All she does is walk around the complex and taken note of how many cars you have parked outside and who you have visiting. She will try to evict you for anything if you challenge her and say something she doesn't like. Her husband is a creep! I've caught him multiple times looking at me , my teenaged daughter or any of the other girls around her. One time I caught him just standing in the back of my home "raking" dirt as my children were hanging outside. Please don't move here. If Jacquelyn knew how to mind her business and do her job, I would suggest it. But until the management is changed again, I will be making sure everyone knows not to live here. I will go out my way to make sure people are informed of the evil, malicious, nosy, lazy, money hungry woman running this place into the ground. I will be posting this everywhere and I will be encouraging neighbors to post reviews as well. We won't be silenced anymore.
