The property has really come a long way in the past five years of me being here. We have had some issues with water and sewer when the property switched to city water which the property took the time on weekends and after hours to hand out cases of waters to everyone. The manager and maintenance crew are very kind and will work with you well on rent.

Horrible, horrible place to live. The managers do not care at all to do their jobs. You cannot pay the rent half the time because she isn't in the office for days at a time and then will give you a 35 to 50 dollar late fee because you couldn't pay it in time due to her not being in the office to do her job. They don't care at all to fix anything. You will be fined for not mowing your yard in time but if your yard constantly floods, or you have a sinkhole, or your sink won't every drain right etc... they do not care at all. The entire park has drainage and sewer problems. And if you have a problem you can't call the city or county because it's on private property.
