Management doesn't care

Cars parked on curb, in handicap spaces, in areas beside handicap spaces, gates are always broken, dog crap everywhere, pool furniture gets blown everywhere in storms because they are not set properly or taken down for winter, trash in hallways and stairwells, just ridiculous that they call themselves a luxury apartment complex...

Had to move quickly

Things got bad when management changed. They just don’t seem to care about your well-being or actually do anything about loud noise, smoke throughout, and dog poo everywhere. Parking is also terrible. It’s just a mess and not worth the money. Listen to the bad reviews.
