The apartments are beautiful and modern. The staff is very polite. There’s little enforcement of the regulations though which unfortunately leads to trash bins left in the hallways and difficulties with parking at times.

The apartments are beautiful. Convenient location. Management does not enforce the parking regulations. Though I don’t feel unsafe there are too many residents I’m uncomfortable living with in the building. Bad residents damage the wonderful amenities forcing management to restrict them (not that there’s any oversight). The rents plus added junk fees are very high.

Fun tour experience
The property is beautiful for starters. Lawrence for sure gets the best personality award. We had a fun tour experience with him. He toured us 3 apartments that were on the smaller side of what we were looking for. The price was somewhat fair for what the property offers but too high for the small units and area. The location is off the beaten path you will need a car to get around. Tour with Lawrence for a fun time.
