Run before the roaches AND rats run for you! You will be sick every other week. All your expensive furniture and decorations will be infested and eventually have to trash everything.

Horrible place, lived there for about a year felt like the roaches were renting the apartment and we were the guest. When they went to fumigate it was like they gave them food cause more appeared. Took them ages to fix anything and I know it wasn’t cause they were busy because everyone had the same experience. Another thing, we had section 8 due to some economic problems (thank god we’re done with it) and when we moved out and section 8 terminated our contract with them they decided to hold a... grudge and place my mom and myself on a 1000 debt for property damage that never happened . But it’s ok cause I just found the picture I took on the iCloud . They will hear from our lawyers and rest assure they will pay for the constant calls and stress. Lesson to be learnt here, don’t move to magnolia pointe apartments unless you want a nightmare to come true.

I'm sure when you asked for reviews you meant the good ones however there are those of us who are in some not so nice communities and would love the chance to get out so here's my story..I was new to the area and had no idea where I was moving into.. I'm a single mother and I have no family here so getting out to locate another area to live in is almost impossible. My son is ten yeas old and has ADHD so I have to be with him in the evenings and weekends. I don't have the extra money to save for... another deposit and maintain my current rent as well. I would love to move some where that is not bug infested. I fear that we will wind up with some respiratory disease or something from all the bugs. If you could just see my video. Its just not the place I want my son to continue to grow up in. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my review.
