Do not recommend

We moved in 6 months ago and regret it. The stairs and breezeways are filthy, covered in stains, dirt, and pet poop that makes the building smell horrible. People leave their trash sitting out in the hallways and it leaks everywhere. We've asked management multiple times to pressure wash the walkways, but nothing gets done. Maintenance overall is worse. The car wash station has been broken and there's even a leak in the gym. Don't move here.

We understand your concerns regarding the stairs and… breezeways, and we want to share that we have completed pressure washing of all buildings as of yesterday, September 8, 2026. We are also continuing to address cleanliness concerns throughout the community and appreciate residents bringing issues such as improperly disposed trash and pet waste to our attention.

We regret that you have experienced frustration with maintenance concerns and appreciate the opportunity to address issues as they arise.
