Safe place to live

I feel this is a great community to live in. It is clean and safe. Management staff is easy to work with and always pleasant. This complex is ideal for a senior citizen.

Not like other apartment complexes

You'll immediately notice that Arium Sweetwater is different than other apartment complexes in the area when you go to apply. The principle difference being they don't use an automated daily system for determining rent prices. This results in much more reasonable rent prices and stability in knowing the price they quote is the one you'll pay days or weeks later when you actually move in. No worry about figuring out your specific move in date.

This is second apartment complex I've lived in in… the Duluth area and so far I'm much more pleased. My previous apartment complex management was superficially nice but underneath you could tell a level of contempt. That does not seem to be the case here. Every maintenance request has been quickly and professionally acted upon.

I do have a general complaint about the problems with the gate being broken, but this seems endemic in any gated community I've lived in, so it would seem unfair to call it out here.

Though I've only been here 4 months, I'm looking forward to renewing.
