love it here!

I’ve lived her for about 5 months and have very few complaints! Work orders are attended to on time, leasing office is always happy to help, and there are no rowdy neighbors!
The only complaint that I have is that the apartment looked rushed to be completed on the initial move in date (paint splattered, the drywall was peeling, etc) otherwise I’ve had a wonderful time living here, unfortunately the rent is too much but I will miss it when I’m gone!

Great experience

Ms.Santana was very helpful when I went in to inquire about a unit. Ms.Maya was very welcoming and assisted me with my application questions. The neighborhood was clean and it wasn’t any foot traffic!

Mold and Mildew EVERYWHERE in my daughters unit

My daughter has been living here for 2 plus years now. She moved into another unit last year and was getting sick during her pregancy. Now my grandsons (prematurely birthed) continue to get congested. They were in my care for 3 days and not one cough but as soon as they returned home the coughing resumed. I have been unable to make any contact with corporate and the office staff continues to tell my daughter that there is nothing that they can do.
I an concerned for the well being of my… grandchildren and daughter
