Life in these apartments is simple and straightforward. The homes are decent-sized, with water and electricity working fine. Parking is usually manageable, and the surroundings feel homely with families and kids around. Facilities are kept minimal, so it’s more about basic comfort than extra features.
It’s the kind of place where you don’t get luxury, but you get a normal, everyday living experience without too many hassles.

They focus on outdoor band aid repairs while the insides of the actual apartments suffer. The entrance to the back half of the complex has a spike strip so its only an exit. The light at night doesn't work so a lot of new people and delivery drivers get their tires punctured. It will also cause delays in emergency services the next time there's a shooting at the pool or if someone needs any kind of help.

Decent apartment for a decent price. Some bug issues, but it depends on your neighbors. Staff is nice. Overall ok experience thus far. Here’s hoping the bug issue is fixed soon.

It’s an ok residence but the repair process to the units are very poor like paint glooped up and blinds broken and warped pantry shelves but other than that it’s pretty ok
