Gym needs to be 24hrs, crazy people should be allowed to rent, and also light up the compound especially around building 11. Leasing office staffs are very helpful.

Great neighborhood, had a couple issues to begin with but going good so far. Only issue is not having a washer and dryer in the 1 b 1 b unit.

My time living at this apartment has been a mix of positives and a few challenges. The unit is fairly spacious, and the overall environment feels safe and family-friendly. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to stores, schools, and public transport, which is very convenient.

Maintenance usually responds within a few days, though sometimes follow-ups are needed. One area that could really improve is the communication from the leasing office, especially when it comes to urgent matters or... changes in schedule.
