Definitely avoid

Water is off a few times a month every month since September. The built new mailboxes and have no keys we have to wait on the mail man to open the boxes. The people in the office have no answers or understanding of what’s going on. The back gate is bipolar being that they put spikes up some days and take it down others making some units drive all the way around the neighborhood for entry. This causes a serious problem with ride share and food delivery. The “ready to rent” units were not cleaned... properly the walls are just sprayed over leaving the past owners stains and holes. Stray cats dirty walkways and some of the worst potholes on the main road of the complex which lead to most units.

The apartments look like nothing in the website. They don't clean the apartments before you move in either. Maintenance does a horrible job when it comes to fixing anything.

Overall decent experience — the apartment and amenities are good, and maintenance gets the job done, though sometimes slower than expected. Management staffs are generally responsive, but updates and follow-through sometimes fall short.
