Pretty good don’t really have no complaints. Quite neighborhood , everybody stay's to themself. There’s two entrances one by the light and one before you get to the light

Nice quiet apartments in good location walking distance to major grocery stores and restaurants. Very convenient access to I-75 and express lanes as well

I have been here for 3 years no complaints, it is nice and quiet. Every time I submit a maintenance request, they are there less than 24-48.

Office staff is super friendly and helpful, and everyone I've met around the community also has been super nice. Strong community building here, and I feel very safe in my unit. Exterminator available every friday, and valet trash has especially been my favorite features of the community, taking a lot of stress off my chest. Also the speed to address my concerns has been amazing as well.

Basic living. No major issues but the response you always get when you do have an issue is "the apartments are old". Most of the staff in office is friendly
