All prospective adult occupants age 18 or older must complete the required application and screening process.
Income documentation may include the four most recent pay stubs for applicants paid biweekly or semi-monthly, or the eight most recent pay stubs for applicants paid weekly. Additional documentation may be requested when necessary to verify income or other application information.
Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.
Pets are considered case-by-case and subject to approval.
