Management is horrible

I’ve been living here for a year now and I started out in a one bedroom because I needed what ever I could get before my lease was up (60 days) keep asking to move to a 2 bedroom and I’m still being told they are full I have multiple leaks in my ceiling and they are refusing to move me just (fixing it) they brought a humidifier in my home and it started leaking out water my tub is peeling they refuse to paint it they won’t accommodate me on the electric bill due to the humidifier told me to… get renters insurance mind you I’m an excellent tenant I pay my rent on time every single month and they raised my rent $100 but won’t meet me halfway on anything ants and roaches in the apartment not satisfied at all here will be moving when my lease ends

quite and peaceful

I lived there for a year before moving out of the area. Amanda and Tiffany, the office staff are amazing. The people are friendly and the grounds are well-kept. As I go to bed early, I appreciated the "quite time" 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. I did have an issue with noise, however it was resolved within hours on the same day reported. Loved how close it is to shopping and restaurants.

Needs Work

Apts are old and run down. Issues with mold and utilities not working properly (dishwasher...etc). Landscape needs a lot of work. Only landscape that is descent is at entrance. Constant loud music if you live near pool area. Ongoing issue with water bugs/roaches.

Quiet and Friendly

The complex is quiet and the office staff is very friendly. Maintenance requests are promptly answered and fulfilled. The pool area is family friendly as well and I love that there are different events throughout the year to get the community together. This is a great place to live!
