Issues
Lived there until last month. New owners/management company. Could not get repairs done. Waterfall in bathroom when upstairs neighbor used bathtub/shower. Slow response for maintenance. Charged late fees even though you were not late etc. Be very careful moving there. Had 4 managers in less than a year.

Mgr turnover 2x already in short period of time.
Rent Increased $200+ for newcomers "upgrades"
Very Poor/ No Maintenance
No mgr on site
Bug Infested
(haven't seen pest control since new owner came)
Smell of sewage around property
