Poor

To many problems. First problem is that it has way too many bugs. Secondly i have been having a problem with my roof. And then the hallways have way to many issues. Cant wait to move.

Not all what it is cracked up to be.

There is no Security patrol. The walls inside some of the breeze ways have cracks. There is roof leakage. The carpet in some of the breeze ways are dirty. The front of each apartment door is a different color and some need to be re-painted. Certain areas that you walk in the breeze ways you can feel the wood caving in. The Playground area is very small and there is no barbecue areas. Kids running and playing in the breeze way. Smoking, spitting, leaving trash and narcotics are being sold… in the breeze way. The breeze way smell from time to time. Serious bug problem also. A pool that is not open.

@ bedroom, 1 bath

Two bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath. Nice balcony, comes with refrigerate and stove, has washer and electric dryer hookups. Big master closet ( a small room), lots of closet space in the guest bedroom. intimate dining room, good size living room. water is included with rent. Landscaped, professionally maintained. Nice and helpful office and maintenance staff. Playground and barbecue areas. Security patrols. Pool on site.

Not the best but not the worst

The rental staff is "ok." Be sure to add bug spray to your list of moving essentials. The maintenance is terrible, and the community has a serious garbage issue. The stench is terrible especially during the summer months. Teenagers running and playing in the hallway. Smoking, spitting, and leaving trash. The leasing office is actively taking care of this issue. I haven't seen security in weeks. (Sigh) Not the best but I wouldn't call it the worst.
