Lipstick on a Pig.
To be fair, the building is absolutely gorgeous from the outside, unfortunately that's where the good qualities end. I lived in these apartments for about 6 months, and literally could not get out fast enough. Here are my thoughts.
1) The owner will try to convince you to use the onsite laundry facilities for an additional $25.00 per month. There are two washers & two dryers (one of the dryers doesn't work). These machines are shared with the entire building. You will ALWAYS be waiting to do... your clothes.
2) There is a severe bug problem. My unit because infested with lady-bugs despite monthly pest control. When brought to the owners attention, I was told they would eventually leave. They never did.
3) There is a serious sound issue. I lived on the top floor, and could make out hear every word of the neighbor below me, their music, and their TV.
4) Your electric bill will be outrageous. I was told upon moving to that the average bull is around $75.00, that was a total lie. My electric bill average $200 per month.
5) People are ALWAYS moving out, during my time there the quality of people moving in took a SEVERE nose dive.
6) You'll be required to pay a $35.00 refundable key deposit. You WILL NOT get this money back.
7) Maintenance will very often need to enter your apartment. During my 6 months there, my downstairs neighbor had flooding caused by my bathtub on four separate occasions.
8) There is an INTENSE mold issue, due to the ancient air conditioners.
9) STAY AWAY!!! You've been warned.

Hello electric bill
Hey do you like to pay 400 dollars for heat and your apt only stay 50 degrees during winter here's your spot. Do you also like to share a laundry room with the entire facility and take turns washing your stuff? These people are a joke. Bang for a buck more like you get what you pay for.

Love this place
I have lived here for approximately 1 year. Even though you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere for the price you can't buy what you get from management. The owner is the best and does a lot to make it like home. The maintenance guy is on top of things all the time. You need it and it's taken care of. It's a safe place to live and convenient to all necessities. The down side is too many stairs lol and I miss having a washer and dryer in my own apt. They do have a laundry on site but only a... couple of machines for 21 units. That makes it difficult. Easier to
go to a laundromat. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. Staff is amazing and like family.
