Unprofessional management
Management was wonderful when we first move but the new administration is the definition of Unprofessional and unethical. It is not a pet friendly community, the only animals that are welcome are the thousands of roaches and animals that are in each apartment.

Glenn Cove apartament i 11
This is the worst place I have ever lived, I have been without air conditioning for 7 months, and now without a heater for 3 days and we have a 1 year old baby. One of the administrators is very irresponsible and rude! There are so many roaches and I called once to have them sprayed and they never came! Terrible service! ??

American horror story
This is easily the worst place I’ve ever lived. Be prepared to live with roommates who don’t pay: ROACHES! Lots of them. No matter how clean you are, or how many Combat traps you set in every room, or how many you smash and spray and kill, they will still haunt your nightmares. The complex “sprays monthly” but I’ve never seen an exterminator here in almost a year.
The first night our bathroom ceiling basically fell through and was flooded by the tub from the neighbor above us, the hot water... heater burst a couple minutes the in and there was NO EMERGENCY CONTACT and the office doesn’t have voicemail set up.
There’s a new front desk assistant every other month so don’t get too attached, and none of them know what they’re doing.
If you love the show American Horror Story then you’ll love living here in your own Gainesville nightmare.

Overpriced
This place is overpriced and looks like utter crap. This place should not be more that $500 for a 2 bedroom apt. They are way over priced for a unit that has NO washer/ dryer hook up, an old kitchen, and when you flush the toilet you smell it from the sink. This was the wrong investment
